By downloading, installing, or using Earnys, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide authentication, deliver relevant surveys, track earnings, and process reward payouts.

• Account & Profile Information: When you register or log in (via email/password or Google Sign-In), we collect your name, email address, user ID, and account creation/login timestamps.
• Survey & Opinion Data: Responses, answers, ratings, and choices you submit while completing consumer studies and questionnaires.
• Financial & Rewards Data: Your current account balance, accumulated milestone progress, question completion history, payout threshold status, and withdrawal request records.
• Device & Usage Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, app interaction logs, and crash logs to maintain app stability and prevent fraud.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• To authenticate user accounts and manage secure sessions (via Firebase Authentication).
• To track survey progress, verify question answers, and credit real-time monetary earnings.
• To review and process user-initiated reward payout requests.
• To detect and prevent duplicate accounts, bot traffic, automated scripts, and fraudulent survey submissions.
• To monitor system performance, analyze bugs, and improve application functionality.

3. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We partner with trusted third-party providers to operate our services. These partners only receive data required to execute their specific functions:

• Authentication & Backend Infrastructure (e.g., Google Firebase): Used for user authentication, account credential security, real-time database synchronization, and crash diagnostics.
• Advertising & Measurement Partners: Used to display sponsored survey offers or network notices within the platform.

We do not sell your personal identifying information (such as your direct email address or full name) to third parties.

4. Data Security & Encryption

All data transmitted between your device, our servers, and third-party backend providers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). 5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, users retain full control over their data:

• Web-Based Deletion Request: If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can request full account and data deletion by sending an email with your registered email address to saentercom@gmail.com with the subject line "Request Account Deletion".
• Deletion Scope: Upon processing, all personal identifiers, login credentials, and active balance records are permanently erased from our production databases, except where retention is strictly required to comply with financial reporting, legal obligations, or anti-fraud laws.

6. Children’s Privacy

Earnys is not directed to individuals under the age of 16 (or the applicable minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal information, we immediately purge the data and terminate the account.
