SA Entercom ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Data Forge mobile application (the "App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the absolute confidentiality of your data.

This Privacy Policy explains how our App handles your information in full compliance with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and Google Play User Data Policies.

1. Overview and Core Principle

Data Forge is a paid offline utility designed to convert CSV files and datasets into various database formats, including:

  • SQLite Database (.db)
  • SQLite SQL script (.sql)
  • MySQL dialect script (.sql)
  • PostgreSQL script (.sql)
  • Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL script (.sql)

All data processing, parsing, transformation, and file creation occur 100% locally on your device.

We do not operate backend servers to receive, inspect, or process your files. Your files, database schemas, and records never leave your phone.

2. Information We Collect and Process

A. User Data & File Content

  • CSV Files & Generated SQL/DB Files: When you import a file to convert, the App accesses the file solely through your device's local memory or designated file storage picker. We do not upload, transmit, store, or monitor your files on any external server or cloud service.

B. Personal Information

  • No Account Creation: The App does not require registration, sign-ins, profile creation, or social logins.
  • No Personal Data Collected: We do not collect your name, physical address, phone number, contacts, or location.

C. Financial & Transaction Data

  • Data Forge is a paid app distributed through the Google Play Store.
  • All payment processing, billing, and order authorizations are managed solely by Google Play Billing. We do not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, bank information, or payment details.

D. Device Identifiers & Analytics

  • We do not collect advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID).
  • We do not track cross-app activities or build profiles based on your usage.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Services

  • No Advertisements: Data Forge contains zero third-party advertisements or ad networks.
  • No Analytics SDKs: The App does not integrate third-party analytics trackers, behavioral trackers, or marketing SDKs.

4. Device Permissions

The App requests only standard Android permissions necessary for offline file transformation:

  • Storage / Document Access: Used solely via Android’s standard Storage Access Framework (SAF) to let you select a local input file (such as CSV) and save the resulting SQLite database or SQL script directly to your chosen directory.

The App does not use background tracking permissions, camera, microphone, or device location.

5. Data Security

Because Data Forge operates completely offline on your device and does not transmit data over the internet:

  • Your data remains strictly within your device’s sandbox and local storage.
  • Security of the generated database and script files relies on your device’s security settings and local file management.

6. Children’s Privacy

Data Forge is a general database formatting utility. It does not target, collect, or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where applicable by law), in full accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families Policies.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage users to review this page periodically for any updates.
